I dont think that is a logical conclusion.Bio stated from his experience,the different time frames,and the other possibilities,what should have happened concerning the assays being returned.Well they havnt been,so something is wrong,and to believe anything else,is only creating a negative spin,or an opinion that is biased towards seeing a positive reason.I said,something is wrong,and that is a fact based on facts.
