TRY THIS THEORY:

(1) RR assay results are NOT good
(2) KATX/BVIG/KATG is holding back the reporting of #1 above until they can find some possible "counter-balance" to this "negative" eventual release! -- be it something at Cabot or HC (phase II) or a JV or just something

I, for one, doubt very much that there can be a true counter-balance to RR's non-positive assay results - at best, it will be meant to have a FUD effect with MGMNT hoping for more delay time. They may also believe that the BVIG/KATG distibution will give them time - which when it occurs will NOT and will be a disappointment to many in its value.

The pps will decrease "substantially" and financial continuity will be questioned. After this, who knows what occurs?
