After my post yesterday re: “I BLAME KEN” - I thought a little perspective (mine) might be interesting? KEN is the 800lb gorilla that is in the room that everyone ignores.
KEN (and his KATX/BVIG/KATG) is the lead entrepreneur for his 1st time (I believe) in his life – currently KEN is failing in his endeavor. The BEST salesman does NOT make the BEST manager, the BEST experienced mining “manager” does NOT make the BEST owner/entrepreneur.
As I did = failed the 1st time when I ran/owned/CEO-ed a company
I succeeded (immensely) the 2nd time through (a) learning from my mistakes, (b) working for successful companies and learning why they were successful, and (3) reading success stories (i.e. – THE ENTREPRENEURS – An American Adventure).
It is my hope that KEN can turn this around before he FAILS – it’ll take a lot of introspection on his part and a lot of learning and a lot of adjustments – after a lot of mistakes - hopefully he CAN do it!
Do NOT underestimate how CRITICAL KEN is to the potential success of KATX/BVIG/KATG – KEN seems to have an IMMENSE amount of experience in the field but needs to adjust that towards being THE Entrepreneur here!
All said … if(?) KEN finds valuable minerals in the ground success can “happen” anyway – somewhat like, “a broken clock shows the correct time 2x/day”
