Michael, thanks for your supportive note and also for sharing your own (much more) veteran wisdom on these matters. Yes, the land appraisal thing is important-- it seems that some of the "dire concerns" may have been a bit premature and that the land is worth far more than what Maj's friend Bob found. Like others, i can't believe that the land at the industrial park in Inner Mongolia is only valued at the same lowest rate as land way out in the farthest West, under-populated province. That seems far-fetched.
I'm actually far more interested in what LTUS can amass in new revenues once that new plant is completed and they begin to supply the Beijing hospital market, etc.
