That's is one of the best synopsis of penny stock trading I've seen in a long time. Let me just add, if your going to trade pennies a must is Level 2 and you have to watch it very closely all day. Recently I would have had a swing of about $42,000 in three days if I wasn't glued to the computer and trading in and out.(CWR#) Expect to lose money on 8 or 9 out of 10 penny stocks but all you have to do is hit that 1 and still make a ton of money.
