POPT ~ agreed. The Security Notes add this week was big. No one would bother to update that section from N/A unless there was the need for full disclosure of the ticker at this time. Could very well be for a R/M or could be the company heating back up and possibly taking on a new partner (merger or acquisition where POP3 acquires or is acquired or new JV with another private company). In the case of the merger with POP3 still involved, there were some high stakes POP3 contract relationships involved back when the company went underground like with Showtime Networks (all driven by Ari Bass as the then new CEO), so similar could be back in play now as well, since he's still running the show.
Either way, the stock was ~ .05ish at that time, and there has been no dilution here since then. And since most sold off and moved on, there has been a new Accum with little price increase. Simple math spells those previous levels are likely once again due to the imbalance. At this stage we just don't know what's cooking but given that all of this updating began early Jan, it looks like something is more than ready to blow up here ~ and big. Given all that, I expect news or filings could (and should) start hitting this ticker any day now from here on. Best news is this float is very, very accumulated. So in the case of a big announcement as said, more likely than not this will shoot up very quickly towards old pennies levels on the correction.
Imvho, many of those who have been "on watch" waiting and trying to time this from the sidelines, will miss most of this train. That's just the way it goes ;). With this kind of huge accumulation, if enough hold their shares through to pennyland, this will be there in a heartbeat and then look to go multi. Of course if it is a R/M, those .10+ numbers a few have talked about are also realistic now! Great opp to see a very big move here under multiple scenarios ~ and fast! glta
