Yes, he told me last week he was surprised FINRA hadn't already halted trading, and they needed to get the problem resolved quickly. It was supposed to be resolved last Friday. I guess it is now a crap shoot as to what "quickly" means as far as FINRA halting trading is concerned.

Why would Finra halt trading over a debenture? That doesn't even sound remotely like something Finra would do. That is totally out of their lane.
