The timing was somewhat suspicious. Have there been similar instances of penny stocks like this doing such a PR at this time of day? Enough time to react by trading, but not enough time to verify the facts. It would be interesting to get a quote from a seasoned stock expert as to the purpose of such a tactic. Most PRs are released pre-market so that everyone is on an equal footing in trading.

I hate seeing the PPS increase like this on any stock.

I wish it would just sink, and everyone have a miserable life. My best days are when the stock markets crash to at least 50% of their previous day's value. Those are the days I think we all long for.

I would hope the deal for SPPH is true and comes to fruition.
