That was a good find....not only was it very recent, January 11th. But it clear as a bell shows us they are about to release MAGIC and will be doing it in a very aggressive way. Aggressive means getting noticed...which means news and interviews and advertising...hiring usually means booming, growing, expanding business. Commercialization means off the drawing board and on to the store shelves for sale.
