NYSE up volume is $nyupv
NYSE down volume is $nydnv

So, I guess you would use $nyupv:$nydnv or $nydnv:$nyupv for the chart, (the colon tells StockCharts' server to divide the first symbol by the second), and then put a 30 period moving average on the result. Ignore the chart itself and just look at the moving average.
