First it was Advance Gold Technology ("AGT")

But then in order to incorporate it in Delaware they changed the name to Advanced Gold Technology ("AGT")

Advanced Gold Technology wasn't a registered business entity and didn't have a website until after it first showed up in a TTDZ press release

The we have some holding company - Universal Holdings Inc which TTDZ says is from China, but we have found that they share the same address as TTDZ

Then we have a Russian gold mining company that changes its name on the contract (which we are only able to see a small portion of) from Berezovskoye or Berezovskoe (which are the names it uses EVERY WHERE) to OJSC Berezovscoe in order to sign the contract - the only example I can find any where of the company using that spelling with the letter 'c' and what is the deal with the OJSC?
