The shorting if it being done wasn’t yesterday it was at the $3 level in VOL.
This is how its been done in the past, the stock jumps on so/so Vol on little or no news. then good news sells off.
Then guys like Umass push the pipe dreams to you maybe he drops a small hit on something that shows up a few weeks later so you believe he does have the inside line.
When the Vol goes away a simple 250,000 sell block drops the stock down, I’m sure they will keep the push till we see 2.50 again.
Then if they do a deal around 2.35 with a %15 discount the guy that had the KNOW; that no more news was coming covers his $3 short with $2 stock. %50 gain with No risk, why no risk BC he gets tipped off if news is coming so no surprises.
I have been wrong before but the facts here they should be put away.
