There's another company that just got busted for that very same thing. (posting pictures). As soon as someone makes pictures of a project available to a select group of traders, then the law is being broken.
Who pays when a company gets busted ? It's not the company people putting the money in their pocket. It's the shareholders. I know it gets boring playing the waiting game. But this is the very type of mistake I've been harping on.
Every company person who gets busted reaches a point of "I'll never get busted"
That then changes to "But I didn't do anything wrong !"
By the time the SEC gets the investigation and paper work done the company person has the money to pay the fines and disgorgements and the shareholder is left with nothing.
Maybe he was right in referring to the SNEY shareholders as "boys and girls" .
