Not at all. Never meet the man. Point being that certain posters claim to call and get info or emails, while others get no replies at all. Then they claim to have asked if so and so called and the company denies speaking to them. So when any one post on here they spoke with Kat, I say it is bs since they can't prove it and it is heresay. Simple enough for you?
