[Fasctrack]

Just waiting for the next pump and I am history. Was sucked in by a pinksheet company that actually appeared to have revenue and earnings. Sounded too good to be true. At this point, credability of management is a major issue with me. I suspect that there is some major restructuring going on behind the scenes that will only be revealed as it happens leaving us no time to react. Pure guess on my part. Who knows, maybe they are gearing up for a new listing exchange, another RS, new preferred shareholders, private placement or commercial loan. My theory (with absolutely no basis in fact) is that a reorganization or stock restructuring of some sort is in the works and the audit is merely one step in the process. Who knows. What I do know is that financial audits never take this long without someone getting fired. Possibly I have too much time on my hands and I am totally out in left field.

Still holding waiting to be pleasantly surprised.

Correct, also i had yesterday a chat with Steve by phone, seems i got him on the wrong foot, not a very ethusiastic person, more finance type of guy, then investor relations, they should change this very fast if they want IR and new investors !

He told me, they are almost finished and he hopes that this week, latest next week they will follow up with releases. Well all we can do is hope, i will stay invested another few weeks, but then sell, if nothing changes and will nto return then. So lets see what happens, my feeling after the chat was not very well, but as said, Steve seems to be more a finance guy, then a sales or ir person !

P.S. what he told me, is that things will get more smoothly once they have cleared all the invoicing mess of the past, they have to issue alone for Suncor a few thounsand invoices every month due to suncors requirements, i can believe to audit those through the past two years takes a lot of time, but once they are on a today status, the follow up should be much easier and faster.

I would not advise anyone to invest here until that is changing..
