What part of this can't you understand? The Lowes contract is genuine. They build crap at the plant. There are people employed running equipment and building things. IT IS IRRELEVENT.

The company exists to have a reason to sell shares. IT LOSES MONEY CONSTANTLY BECAUSE IT CAN. Why CAN it? Because JD Brown found out he can do anything he wants with no fiscal consequences. He can hire any amount of people he wants. Throw away capital on idiotic things like his fantasy truck racing anytime he wants. Play cabinet-gawd to the industry and rescue employees from another bankrupt cabinet company when he wants. BECAUSE HE JUST SELLS MORE SHARES WHEN THE COMPANY GOES BROKE TO MAKE UP FOR THE INSANITY. GET IT?
The BS about the deals and Lowes and ETC and the new CEO and all the rest of the crap DOESN'T ENTER INTO IT. The business has de-evolved into nothing more than a front to sell stock so Brown can get the money to do what he wants and pretend to BE what he wants and live out all his fantasies without having to EARN THE MONEY. THAT is what is going on. And his shareholders are paying for it with the equity in their investments. STOP with all the "proof" about their little deals...no one who has any common sense CARES. It doesn't matter...they are spending more than earn and making it up selling shares. THAT is the CON...not the business itself. IMHO.
