In the grand scheme of things, does it really matter if it's .0036 or .0038? Were talking about a lousy $20 per 100k shares. My advise is buy at the ask. When you buy at the ask you are supporting the share price. If you and everyone else buys at the bid it will take longer for the price to go up.

When this takes off will you really ever notice that you saved $20 on your initial buy? Now if you are buying a couple million shares I say do what you gotta do.
