Thanks for sharing what management has told you. I must say it's pretty disappointing. It frankly makes me reconsider how much more time or money to invest in the company. I guess I'll hold off and listen to the next conference call before deciding.
It's pretty confusing to not be able to rely on what they put in a 10k or what they pitched just a couple months ago to investors. Using technology to become more efficient and compelling may have a relatively small short term cost but in the long term companies that don't embrace continuous improvement eventually lose their market advantage.
