Why didn't you post about the filing before hand when they mentioned the prospective merger candidate?

The mining corporation CEO has previously stated that they are in full NI 43-101 compliance and have historical documentation that shows not only that they are very far along in the exploration process but are very near the ability to go into full production. (meaning that although, you have stated in numerous posts that there is no NI 43-101 report, all necessary information will be made available very soon.) These worries can be put to rest :-)

Canada's Governmental website shows NWTT's mining entity named 7662491 Canada Inc, to be real as opposed to claims that it is not. This governmental mining database can be found here: http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/cd-dgc.nsf/eng/cs04675.html

If you run a simple"control-F" search you will be able to locate NWTT's mining corporation with ease. Again, this is a governmental database for Canadian mining incorporations that shows the NWTT mining entity as being active and real.
