Attended the AGM today - here's my interpretation:

+ 11 holes drilled to date - the last on Friday (14th);
+ Expect to acquire 100% of the Haro concession;
+ 3rd drill rig to focus in the center of the property;
+ Pre-feasibility due April-May 2012;
+ 43-101 on target for March-April 2011;
+ Both solution or open-pit viable options, looking towards solution;
+ Ecosplan have extensive knowledge/experience & continue to work with us;
+ Ongoing discussions with large organizations willing to assist financing;
+ Too early for a strategic deal;
+ Not concerned with hostile takeover - entertaining 'friendly discussions' with a variety of companies going forward;
+ Dilution not a concern at the moment;
+ Argentina exploratory drilling may happen later this year; however, focus remains with Ethiopia;
+ 2D seismic report due 12-14 months (not sure of this timeline);
+ Plans to drill # 12 & 13, moving eastward (3 holes);
+ BHP sharing our camp;
+ Plan to get a heavy-duty drill to re-work (complete) hole 4.

I hope this is relatively accurate.

There were a lot of heavy-weights in the meeting (Liberty Metals) with some analysts (although I couldn't decipher who they represented).

I'm impressed with the 'team', particularly Peter MacLean, Nejib Abba Biya &, of course, Farhad. Theyt are impressive & definitely good 'poker players'.

Hopefully other attendees can correct &/or add more fuel to this fire.
