Federal Budget 2009: (even worse today)
-58% goes to SOCIAL SPENDING
-6% goes to Defense Spending (The ONLY function of our Federal Government according to the U.S. Constitution) And used to be almost 18% in 1950.
-2% goes to pay Interest on Debt
ETC....
In essence we waste most of Taxes stolen from Americans. Seems to me if we removed Social Spending by the Feds? We could pay off the National Debt in no time and have a Strong America (economic/safe) like it used to be...There goes that toy you wanted for yourself PEOPLE. Or the pampering you so deserve for working so hard. Yup, keep voting for democrats and soon you won't even be able to take a break from work, because you will be fighting just to stay alive.
