It's discouraging to see how much gov't spending on education pales in comparison to gov't spending on defense...The US, once ranked #1 in education, is now ranked #18 of 36 industrial nations.
However, we are ranked #1 in another category...the US is ranked #1 in gun ownership - 90 guns per 100 citizen. Yemen is #2!! -Reuters
