yeah, most of these gold plays are a scam. you don't buy a real gold exploration company for nothing. this company has absolutely no cash and they are tapped out with nearly 5 billion os. they don't tell you how much they are paying to complete this transaction, or whether they will reverse split the stock or raise the authorized significantly to foot the bill. i don't see this as a legitimate transaction imo. it's backed by a lot of promo money right now that will be taking their profits off the table very quickly, because they know how fast this baby drops with 5 billion shares out. all imo
