The lack of transparency from MediaG3 allows for open speculation around the company. I believe this quiet period without PR's may have good reason behind it as it is clear the company is working hard behind the scenes.

In regards to products ordered from the store, I am also waiting to see the responses from people that ordered along with their thoughts on the products or services. I have been considering the Wtyec NG Battery for my HTC Hero and also the WyteCloud, but want to hear from others first.

I would like to see the company address our concerns and answer our questions. I believe that they will do just that when the time is right for them. None of us have any idea what they are currently working on other than what has been popping up. MDGC has shown no dilution over the past few months and it is far from a fraud of scam as you claim.

Where is the evidence that they are barred from operating in CA?

I've looked for some corroborating evidence and find nothing. All we have here is one very unsubstantiated gripe on rip off report that could have been writeen by a third grader.
