It's great to have experienced poster's to help understand how all will come together, and what it actually takes to bring a plan of reorganization to it's conclusion. Thank you all for helping me keep my finger off the panic button once again.
All though this pic was not taken in my back yard it looks as though it could have been, that is a few days ago. The snow is now melting fast, been busy diging out the street drain so the water has a place to go.
