I only have few shares under 100,000 accumlated over the last year .. liked the pr's with intel and millions of dollars in contracts ..then they just want away ..but the own %% in 4-5 other companies and never got revoked.. came off of small caps awhile back .. IMO someone got wind of a 8k going to be released. not sure but google it and you'd wish you got in under .01 like me.......good luck rob

TVG Technologies Ltd. (TVGTF.PK), a provider of secure smart card crypto interfacing systems, announces today that it has entered into an agreement with Cukierman & Co. Investment House Ltd. to raise $2.75 million.

Cukierman will act as the investment banker in placing 2,000,000 free trading shares of TVG at a price of $0.50 per share for their clients. In addition, TVG will issue two million warrants with an exercise price of $.75 to $1.00.
