The two condensers are for the heavy fuel (diesel) and the light fractions (gasoline). There is also a gas compression system added in June 2010 that buffers and regulates the off-gas, they were producing too much natural gas and needed the system. The gas is stored in mobile tanks and can be resold or used to cold start the P2O furnace.
