Mr. Geolo,

With all due respect, I do not believe these individuals are acting as "bashers." The way we have seen things go on RB, they are far from being bashers.

Let's face it, today's PR was terrific, except for some loose ends which need to be tied. In response, the stock goes down less than 9 dollars? Something is wrong in the state of Denmark. Do you truly believe that shorters and bashers have that much effect on the market? With good news like this the shorts should be looking to cover their butts. The stock certainly does not belong at this level. But why is it? And if I am right, Rich needs to do something to show some shareholder value.

He has an opportunity tomorrow by releasing an Open Letter. He needs to address these concerns pronto. If everything is still looking great, tell us, show us. We have a right to know. The fact is if we all didn't have a lot of faith in him we wouldn't still be here. However, with any leader, not only is it our right to question him, it is our obligation.

With that said, Rich, let's step it up a bit. We await your message tomorrow.

FG.... that's part of my point! BB stocks are rarely $10, much less $20 or $30.
These guys need to leave the world where internet BBs can influence the stock price.
I'm not concerned because the stock price has fallen. I recognize that we have had a huge rise this year.

I don't care if my comments upset someone for a day. If an anonymous person on a BB can make a difference in the value of a stock, then I'm investing in the wrong type of company.

I honestly believe SEVU can be a huge success. All I'm suggesting is that REAL companies have to deliver. If they are ready, then demonstrate it. If not, tell us. Shareholders may take it in the shorts (no pun intended), but if we have really done our DD and are objective enough to realize that no company is perfect, we'll ride it out and win in the long run.

This board is certainly miles better than RB, but if it becomes nothing more than cheerleading, someone may as well add it as a bullet item to the SEVU website.

I'm long and strong, but not blind.

Francois -Comments,Agreements,Disagreements

I still say that this week was crucial. I also say that a tremendous hurdle was cleared today with the JC Penney news because -

SecureView was given Credibility.

When you talk to consumers, other stores, high schools, banks, hotels, etc. and can say your cameras are currently being used for security in JC Penney outlet stores .... think real hard what that does for you.

Share price down - Not that suprised. I expected some folks who bought at low prices and some nervous types to take profits or get out at first news. (I'll be honest; I was considering it myself, but didn't pull the trigger.) IMO profit taking or nervous selling could continue for awhile.

Mass production may be lagging; Initial sales estimates may not be met - Not that worried. Here's why.

Is the 100,000 figure an all or nothing scenario as bashers want everyone to believe? The Yahoos and Ciscos have to meet their expectations to support or give hope of someday justifying their CURRENT HIGH PRICES. Does SeaView have to sell 100,000 units to support a $10 share price? Wouldn't these kind of sales justify a share price of say $50 to $100? So, wouldn't sales of 50,000 still represent enormous growth and support a $25 to $50 share price? Alright, better to have not overestimated, but isn't the more important issue HIGH GROWTH?

AMEX

I believe that AMEX acceptance has become tied to performance for SeaView. My reasoning: AMEX doesn't have the high profile companies like IBM, AOL, Cisco, etc. A company with Ditka ringing the opening bell and being on TV just might attract a lot of attention to AMEX. If SeaView has the potential to become the "poster child" for AMEX do you think they'd list them before knowing they were going to be successful? I may be all wet, but that's my opinion and I believe that the JC Penney deal was an important step toward AMEX.

IFRS - Receiving some skeptical opinions, but keeping an open mind.

Ditka - I don't know if Iron Mike visited JC Penney with Seaview, but I have a feeling he did at some time. My point is when you approach a potential buyer and you have Ditka along, you're much more likely to get an audience with someone like Sam Walton. They also know what he can add to sales. Signing Ditka was a great move by McBride and not just for commercials.

It was inevitable when this board was created and the nutcases were left behind on RB that people would open up and discuss the bad as well as the good. Agreed, this happens much more when the price is down. IMO some of these concerns are valid.

Which leads me to the PRs. A number of people, not just me, have been questioning privately if the unclear statements have been overly optimistic projections, stalling tactics, or even attempts at rumors. Even you had commented on the lack of clarity. Please think about this. I admit I don't have a good solution as it's difficult to keep people informed "up to the minute" without making mistakes. Perhaps sometimes less is better when news can't be verified at the time given out. Likewise, giving out part of the news can cause everyone headaches.

I hate to end on a negative note, so let me reiterate that I believe the JC Penney deal will be a major stepping stone for SeaView. Good Luck to all.
