according to the 10Q out yesterday he is in control of 80,000,000 voting shares. That is a filing and I read it.

He does not own those 80 million shares currently. The filings support that fact.

The portion of the 10Q you're referring to is/was the share structure on February 9th, 2010. It was a snapshot at that particular moment. SINCE THEN, Lynch has sold his shares. Here's your link to prove it.
