If the processor can actually process 1 ton of plastic per hour that is above the 109 barrels/day that EP's original spreadsheet was based on. I believe that it works out to about 137 gallons per day.
When I toured the factory I was told the processor had been operating continuously for 5 days. Cleaning it out does not have to be done daily and it is beneficial not to take it down too often as there is a significant start-up cost (time to reach optimal operating temperature).
That being said, I still believe that the throughput must be proved, JB's statement notwithstanding.
If JBII can show that throughput is in this range, or better, it will be almost impossible for this not to be a home run. The management team will need to prove that they can build the business, but it will be really difficult for them to mess something that good up.
