Overall cost is high to product P2O with the restriction of 1 ton/hour. When this restriction is lifted, more P2O will be produced from one machine. Why have high overhead cost with little return> Why not wait until you can have maximum production capacity before going 24/7 (or is it 20/7 with a 4h time to cool and clean the machine)?

Thus, has anyone seen the plant running 24/7?

Well actually they are allowed 2000 pounds per hour, which works out at

907.2 kg, so that is 24 x 907.2 = 21.7T per dey just to be precise.

still above 20T I know, so no limitations there.
