You know this. I know this and most folks on this board know this. But the broader market may either not know this or just not be willing to ride through the next two or three weeks. That is where I may find my buy position as I anticipate that the market will not react to this RS positively. It suggests a capital management issue, which may also have contributed to the falling PPS since May.
