Looks like CNEX was a huge pump&dump back in May of 2008 when it first got it's new name and symbol and made initial PRs about mining opportunities:

I am sorry to have to announce the passing of Cannon Exploration Inc. (CNEX), a beautiful and vivacious pump and dump, who at the height of her popularity, was taken from us prematurely, like so many of our brave soldiers around the world

The stock skyrocketed to over $7.00/share in mid-May 2008 then by July of 2008 was back down in the pennies. It made one more nice spike when the announcement about the Queen Alexandra Mine first came out in July of 2008 closing close to $1.00/share again, but has settled back into sub-penny land since then.

This stock has long since ran it's course for any investors. It seems to have just been used for dilution by the officers for the past several months.
