There were a lot of contensious posts here regarding the share struction evolution into the current IHSN some time ago. I'll have to look back, but I believe Chris granted himself shares to achieve 86% ownwership. He could have went further, but a 1.4 billion AS is quite large. The HM3 deal must have some of that pie going to Tim and others. While I'm getting into an unhealthy topic here, smart new investers will discover all this and will shy away if there aren't some good answers, or reasons to get comfortable. For me, if they play by book, and don't dillute us out of the picture, which so far it's pretty clear they haven't, then I'm hopeing I can ride their coattails (assuming they have coattails, lol.) Since I'm even in this now, I may take a little off the table since this is probably my least favorite stock in my holdings at the moment.
