Where did you see them state that the PPHM HCV study would be conducted "entirely in Eastern Europe". They have said that it would be a multi-center study. It is not entirely surprising that one of the first centers would be in Georgia...that is where they did a breast cancer study...and they probably are using their existing contacts to expedite the study. Many large pharma are doing studies in Eastern Europe and India.
