Understand the date expressing a press release on the 18th but the deal will be closed by the 18th.

And in this world of pinkies anything is possible regarding information leaking out.

That's my point, if some are waiting to get into TTDZ why wait until the 18th to jump onto TTDZ if so far all indications are given the green light.

That is how the real $$$'s are made and lost when dealing with this type of situation.
