You ask for what reason.... the company needs money to keep going while they put all the pieces in place. For instance they just hired two world class Marketing guys who I'm sure you understand are not willing to work for free.
They have been getting funds in small amounts at a rate of 50% below the bid, which has been holding the stock back, as you know.
They now have a funding company who is willing to fund them @ 5% below the bid, this funding company is going to want to make a profit, which means they will want to see a rise in the PPS.
Part of getting this funding obviously required them doing an R/S other wise it would not be happening.
