Teva: "We think our application is approvable but we can't guarantee that." Well, if the sponsor can't guarantee, I assume the FDA should not either. This was not exactly a ringing endorsement on Teva's part.
So is Teva just trying to lower the bar further and further? At first it was 'approval by year end or we'll be sad,' now it's 'may or may not get approval at end of January, but even if we do it's only gonna be one of 4 generics so really the income will be small'
