They reported these results some time ago. What you said seems to dismiss this "hard data".

a) The data is weak (at best) even for a monotherapy.

b) Yep - they reported this almost 4 years ago and no significant trials since then. Clearly the company themselves are not hugely excited about this drug/indication.
