This company does not release material information to shareholders

so with that in mind speculate all you want, if in fact they did mean 30 business days then that supports the statement above. so far they're living by that line to the t. You seriously think the company doesn't know there is a difference between 30 b days and 30 regular days? if they really meant 30 business days then that just shows that they intentionally mislead us
