GENE sold in excess of 2.1 BILLION RCCH shares at deep discounts to Gendarme.
The shares should have been restricted, they were not.

There is also the issue of the Threshold limits and Gene's assistance in circumventing those at the Transfer Agent.

Just how were they "forged" when RCCH sold them the shares? This one isn't going to fit into NSS CT land that easily...
