"FLD" refers to float lock down. There was a retail group trying to lock down the trading shares of several low float stocks last year. GRNO was one. When one of those stocks got in trouble with the SEC GRNO also got some of the fallout.
The shares are still being held. Once the PPS increases to the expected levels, the holders will sell their shares back to the MMs so that they can cover their NSS position.
