#8685 RE: ExPatriate57 #8683

First, let me clarify something - for everyone's benefit. Brian M. Culley has in fact been "in charge" of ANX for much longer than a year. I have been in this for far longer than that. About 11 months ago (around the time Ichan had his man placed on the Board of Directors) ANX issued a PR where they changed the titles of several of their positions. Prior to this Culley was in the same position, with a different title. All they did at that point was to standardize the officer designations - no one really changed positions. Since at that time there were only 2 full time employees (if memory serves) there were not a lot of options. ANX did at that time (and still does today) utilize primarily contract labor on an as needed basis. Nothing wrong with that model, just clarifying that Culley has been the captain of this ship a lot longer than a year. 2004 I believe. He has had a few titles - but always the same job.

In regards to your analogy, I understand - and I agree that it may be possible. That said, I, like others, have had funds tied up in this for over a year. Well over a year. In my case I sold for a significant loss after the R/S, then flipped a few times to get close to even (still not there).

So here is my analogy:

Brian keeps playing the lottery - and he keeps winning. Not the big jackpot, but let's say missing that last number. Still a nice chunk of change. He gets so excited that he goes out and buys some shiny new toy (on credit) and gets a little drunk. However, before he turns in his ticket he leaves it in the pocket of his jeans and it goes through the washer and is destroyed so that he is not able to cash it in and get the money from that great news. Again, he keeps wining and again, same cycle.
