All I know for a fact is that the SEC did not name any of the companies involved as an entity facing any type of scrutiny (indictment or subpoena), therefor I have to rely on the facts and not speculation. The facts are that the Firm involved did not hold 144 paper long enough. It says NOTHING about the companies involved as potential targets. Forward looking, maybe-maybe not something pops up on one of the companies but for now I am only concerned with the facts not what if's.
