If you read all the filings, NIR filed the suit in April. Now we have responded. The process looks as though it could drag out through April-May. But does NIR really want to take this all the way to trial? How much discovery do they want to undergo? These deals look an awful lot like the stuff that got Humphries in trouble with the SEC on some other dealings... How much light does NIR want to have focused on this? They'd be crazy not to settle IMHO, but I'm not a lawyer.
