Interesting that it's not a formal partnership at this stage for VRUS' PSI-7977, although I assume that if this trial is successful BMY will partner with VRUS, if not acquire VRUS outright. All told, looks like very good and signficant news today for VRUS, notwithstanding the fact that the stock closed down over 3%.
