everytime this company releases a press release stating soon to be a new retail contract i have to start laughing. iwas here for a year and they said the samething over and over again. arnold, mit professor you guys still here, is annette still making those no talent commercials? who knows? maybe this time WAL MART, SAMS CLUB, K MART, COSCO, SAFEWAY, ALBERTSONS,TRUE VALUE HARDWARE, will feature the bulb that promises to knock the fart to the ground so you dont have to smell it, i guess now you can throw some h2o on it. just my opinion but i dont think so. i remember posters saying 10 million in revenue then financials came out less than 5000 dollars. you win some you lose some, believe me, i lost some. not a basher, just someone that watched this play for a long, long time. hope you guys make a fortune. i mean that.

ZVTK did file this 60 million share S-8 to pay themselves no matter what the business does;

As for general dilution, they only need to announce share counts on 10-Qs and 10-Ks and that info is usually 40-90 days old.
