I find it hard to believe that illegally sold restricted shares is an OK thing to do and nothing will be done about it as some speculation is trying hard to push.
What are you talking about? Obviously it's not okay, that's why the SEC is bringing enforcement actions against them. Who here is saying that selling unregistered shares is okay?
why did gene have to sell shares? wasn't he making money hand over fist for years? yet, he HAD to raise money, so he sells shares on the OT. make sense to me. atferall, Mr. Newton has always been honest and open about rcch.
