My question is, will the damages be so huge that it returns us to a fair market cap?
Take for instance the Madoff situation. Those who were duped there are starting to see some of that money returned due to billions in assets for the taking. If small-timers duped us and RCCH then I'm not sure how we return to the promise land.
I am very interested to see where the money/damages/rewards come from. If it's not coming from Gendarme or the SEC where will it come from?
I'm not sure why you're all hung up on this "broker" thing. It was the company TA who removed the restrictive legend on those shares, not the brokers. The brokers are in no way at fault here because the TA removed the restriction from those shares. It's not the brokers job to validate opinion letters, it's the TA's job.
