Production was started last year also first DELIVERY promised at least on 5 different occassions that NEVER happened.

With 3 three DELIVERIES promised in 4th quarter of 2010 and that NEVER happened.

Start up of a new mine ? This isn't the COTTON'S first rodeo. Maybe you forgot the COTTON'S first start up and FAILED and nothing was ever SHIPPED.

The COTTON'S haven't proved anything thus far. The ONLY thing they proved is second FAILURE without DELIVERIES.

The MAGNETIC SEPARATOR has been on site for much more than 2 weeks.Let's not forget the piles after piles of IRON ORE just sitting there waiting for the MAGNETIC SEPARATOR.

The COTTON'S talking a share buyback when they can't even get the first delivery made. This is so hilarious that my facial muscles won't even express a laugh. LOL
